This cooling rack is just the thing if you love to bake. It makes it easy to bake and cool large batches of cookies. Simply slide your cookies onto this rack and your cookie sheet is ready for another batch. When it is Christmas time I make large batches of cookies and use up every cookie sheet and glass baking dish in the house. With this rack I can keep adding cookies to the oven, while the first batch cools.

This cooling rack can also be used in the oven. It can withstand up to 500 degrees, so it can take whatever punishment your oven decides to dish out. It is made from high quality stainless steel, unlike some cheaper racks. This ensures that you will have your rack for years and years to come.

As you can see, I used this cooling rack to make chocolate chunk cookies. The cookies were a huge hit with the kids, and they cooled off nice and quick. My cookies were not uniform in size, but they still fit fine on this rack with no problem. I made only one batch of cookies this time, but I do believe, if the cookies were closer together I could have fit more on at once. This rack allowed the cookies to cool off, without the cookies sticking to it or crumbling apart.
