This Back Pain Relief Hot/Cold Beaded Gel Pack is perfect for keeping all those aches and pains at bay. It can be used cold, which is good for swelling, arthritis and sports injuries. Just pop it in the freezer and it is icy cold. It can also be used hot. This perfect for back pain or any sort of tight muscle pain that you have.

I have arthritis in my knees and have been a runner for over twenty years. I often need to ice a body part and a bag of frozen peas is not as handy as people may lead you to believe. This conforms to your joint or sore area, and has the added benefit of being able to use the elastic to keep it on. Of course, you should ice for fifteen minutes on, fifteen minutes off.

This also works hot, which brilliant for back pain or any other muscle aches that you may have. Just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds, for a nice hot pack. You should be sure not to use the hot pack for too long.
